An Exclusive Buyer/Broker Agreement (EBBA) is a contract between a buyer and a real estate broker and agent that defines their working relationship, including roles, responsibilities, and compensation. Starting August 17, 2024, all Stellar MLS brokers and agents MUST have a signed EBBA with their buyers before touring a property.

Details of the Exclusive Buyer/Broker Agreement:

  1. Parties:  You (the CONSUMER) and Dalton Wade Real Estate Group.
  2. Term:  1 year from the date of signing.
  3. Type of Property:  Residential.
  4. Location:  State of Florida.
  5. Retainer fee:  $0.00
  6. Broker Fee:  3% of the total purchase price of the acquired property.
  7. Protection Period:  30 days.
  8. Cancellation Fee:  $500.00
  9. Other Terms:  N/A
